Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes. We offer free next-day UK delivery for orders placed before 2pm.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we deliver to UK addresses only, but we’re preparing to expand across Europe soon.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier link.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes — all purchases include a VAT invoice automatically sent by email after checkout.

Products & Compatibility

Are all your headsets compatible with Microsoft Teams and Zoom?

Most of our models are UC-certified and work with all major platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, and others). If you want a version that’s specifically certified for Microsoft Teams, look for the “Teams Certified” label on the product page.

What’s the difference between UC and Microsoft Teams models?
  • UC (Unified Communications) headsets work universally with most apps.
  • Teams Certified headsets include an extra control button that integrates directly with Microsoft Teams (mute, answer/hang-up, etc.).
What’s the difference between USB-A and USB-C?
  • USB-A fits most older laptops and docking stations.
  • USB-C fits newer devices such as modern laptops, tablets, and some smartphones. Both deliver the same audio quality.
What’s the difference between Wireless, Bluetooth and DECT headsets?
  • Bluetooth headsets pair directly with laptops, phones or dongles and are great for hybrid working.
  • DECT headsets (such as Jabra Engage or Poly Savi) connect through a base station, offering longer range and superior call quality for offices and call centres.
 Do refurbished headsets perform like new?

Yes. All refurbished products are professionally tested, sanitised, fitted with new ear cushions, and repackaged. They include a 24-month warranty — just like new.

Returns, Warranty & Support

What if my headset arrives faulty or damaged?

Contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement immediately.

How long is the warranty?

All new and certified refurbished headsets include 24-month standard cover for manufacturing faults or performance issues.

How do I return a product?

You can start a return online via our Return Request Form. We’ll provide a prepaid label and instructions.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. Our UK-based support team can help with setup, pairing, firmware updates, or compatibility questions.
