Fast, Free UK Delivery

We dispatch all orders same day when placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Packaging

We use secure, protective packaging to ensure your headset arrives safely. Certified Refurbished models may arrive in eco-friendly or plain packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns on all eligible orders, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • It is returned in original condition
  • All accessories, cables, manuals, and components are included
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Return postage is free of charge for eligible 30-day returns.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, develops a fault, or arrives damaged:

  • Returns are free of charge
  • pre-paid return label will be provided
  • You may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund

Warranty coverage applies for 24 months on all standard products

Warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and performance issues that occur during normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by liquid ingress or power surges
  • Compatibility issues where the product is not used as intended

Warranty length is determined at the time of purchase and cannot be extended retrospectively.

How to Request a Return

Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 3–5 working days after inspection
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the funds

Exclusions & Return Conditions

Returns may be refused or adjusted if:

  • Items show signs of use or damage
  • Accessories, cables, or original packaging are missing
  • The return is requested outside the 30-day return window
  • Damage has occurred due to improper packaging during return transit
  • The fault falls outside the scope of warranty coverage
